Overview
The Evolve EVP-SIM50 is a next-generation simulation projector that outputs visible light and infrared in parallel, so pilots and crews can train with night-vision goggles on the same image the rest of the simulator shows. A 0.66" UHD DMD produces 3840×2160 at 6,150 ANSI lumens, while a separate 808 nm IR laser module provides up to 200 mW for NVG stimulation.
Dual (parallel/serial) image processing, 112% Rec.709 colour, ≤0.12-lumen black level and 1,000,000:1 Extreme Black contrast remove the need for blending film, and 33×33-point hardware warping with pixel-level blending supports domes and wrap-around screens. It is aimed at flight, sailing and driving simulators and night-flight training.
